The All-in-One Tool for Online Selection, Draws & Voting

It’s been a massive help for our company's shuffle lunches!
We have a hybrid work setup, so we gather participants on Slack and use the lot function to group people.
When HR manually grouped us before, some felt it was "biased." But since using the tool, everyone knows it's "completely random," so there are no complaints. It even helps us mingle with other departments, and participation grows every month.
We can also randomly pick a group leader during the draw, so the leader sets up a 4-person Slack chat to decide the schedule and run the lunch freely.

I occasionally use it for golf competitions.
We usually play with 3 or 4 regular groups, but sticking to the same pairings gets boring, and manually pairing everyone while considering group dynamics is a hassle.
Using the group sorting function to let luck decide saves preparation time and makes it twice as fun. We use it like a "Simultaneous Pairing Reveal!" one week before the competition.
Since the history stays on the page, it’s fun to look back and say, "Oh, we were in the same group back then."

We used the voting function for a presentation contest.
After all presentations were done, we sent a shared URL, and everyone voted from their PC or smartphone. This time, we used a "2 votes per person" rule.
It was a close ranking, but when the announcement time came, the results were displayed clearly on a chart. Since we had remote participants, being able to vote simultaneously online was incredibly convenient.
We projected the results on a large screen during the announcement, and both the venue and remote participants got super hyped. It was a huge success!

The Draft feature is absolutely brilliant!
When we receive lots of seasonal gifts like snacks or juice from clients, sharing is easy. But when we receive whole melons or watermelons, we always struggled with "how to divide them..."
Doing a random draw might end up with someone saying "I don't actually want this," and playing rock-paper-scissors is unfair to those not present. Plus, rules like "if you lose the watermelon game, you can join the melon game next" felt unfair too.
I found this tool via search. Everyone enters their wishlist order, and it automatically assigns (draws) the items—it was exactly what I was looking for! I’m currently exploring other situations where we can use this.

We use it for various things in our amateur baseball team.

We use it to split teams for practice matches, draw the batting order, and sometimes even pick fielding positions by drawing lots.
Since everyone has a smartphone, we don't need to prepare anything at the field. We even use the voting feature to elect team officers. Now, it's an indispensable daily tool for our team.
