Draft Type
Draft Display Type
You can choose the publication scope of the results from the following three options.
Full Results
Preferences and final allocations are revealed at the scheduled time.
Allocations Only
Only the final assignments are shown at the scheduled time. Individual choices stay private.
Live Results
Allocations are updated instantly as participants submit their preferences.
Member Registration Type
Open Entry: Participants enter their names to submit requests. Useful when the number of participants is fluid.
Member List: The organizer pre-registers the participant list. Ideal when you want to assign empty slots even to non-respondents.
Setting Candidates and Rules
Candidates (Prizes, Roles, etc.): Enter the targets for assignment one per line. You can specify the capacity (number of accepted people) by entering something like "Candidate A,3".
Minimum Voter Count: If the set number of people is not reached, the draft will not be executed, preventing results from being published based on only a minority of opinions.
Participant Comments: Choose whether to have participants write reasons for their requests (Optional, Required, or Disabled).
Operation Check (Simulation)
Pressing the "Operation Check" button lets you simulate what the result screen will look like with current settings. *This is to verify the calculation logic; requests are placed randomly during the test.
Creating a ROOM
Title & Description: Convey the purpose of the draft. This is the first information seen when shared via SNS or chat tools.
Reveal Time: Set a future date and time. At this time, it will automatically close, and matching calculations will be executed all at once.
Visibility Settings: Choose whether to publish in "Public (Visible in Public Rooms)" or make it "Unlisted (Link Only)".
Business Member Exclusive Features
- IP Restriction: Allow access only from specific IP addresses, such as your office or designated locations.
- Access Password: Strongly prevent information leaks to non-stakeholders.
- Email Notification: Send notification emails to the organizer right before or when the draft is confirmed.
Fairness Points (Ensuring Transparency)
The Draft Room maintains absolute fairness through the following mechanisms:
- Even the Creator Cannot Check: Until the announcement time, even the organizer (ROOM creator) cannot know the progress or results (excluding the Immediate Publication type).
- No Special Privileges for Organizers: The exact same rules apply to the organizer regarding the scope of published individual requests, and there is no hidden information only the organizer can view.
- Abolition of "First Come, First Served": All requests submitted by the deadline time are treated equally. Submitting early gives no advantage.
Detail Screen Features
Now Accepting Requests

Draft Results and Data Utilization

Drafting Rules
Minfair's Draft Room performs fair assignments based on the following rules.
- 1. Priority on 1st Choices
Everyone's 1st choice is processed first. If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity, winners are decided by a fair lottery. - 2. Rolling Allocations
Those who miss their 1st choice proceed to their 2nd choice. They are entered into the lottery for their 2nd choice only if slots remain. This process repeats until everyone is assigned or choices are exhausted. - 3. 'Yield to Others' Option
Participants can check "Yield to Others" when submitting. If a tie-breaker lottery occurs for the same rank, priority is given to those who did not check this box. Use this if you are willing to let others go first.
(e.g., Your 1st choice has lower priority than someone else's 1st choice, but higher priority than someone else's 2nd choice.) - 4. Final Adjustment
Anyone unmatched after all preferences are processed will be randomly assigned to remaining slots.
*This transparent process eliminates manipulation and respects everyone's preferences as much as possible.
A truly fair assignment system with cryptographic strength
The Draft Room employs a cryptographically secure random number generation logic used in modern encrypted communications. Its mathematically proven high unpredictability completely eliminates external guesswork and arbitrary manipulation, providing the highest level of fairness.
